How to Log In

 

To log into the application portal, enter your serial number and enter your pin, then click on the Login button.

 

  • Probable Feedback Messages

     

    • Serial number doesn't exist in this system : This means that the serial number you have entered in the provided field does not conform to the standard 37 nmtc serial number format. You need to thoroughly check the entered serial number for any typing errors.

      •  

    • Serial Number and PIN combination do not match : This means that either the serial number ,the pin or both the serial number and the pin you entered is wrong. Carefully check and try again .

      •  

    • Your account credentials have Expired: This means that the serial number and pin are no longer valid.
